There is no word like it’s too early to start improving handwriting in your kid. 1. Holding A Pencil Correctly

3. Use Good Stationery Material
Give your children a good quality Pencil & Erasers – A good pencil helps the child improve his/her grip, apply the least amount of pressure, and helps in the easy flow of writing.

4. Focus on Grip
In case you don’t know it – Let me tell you if your child puts much to hold on grip and its impression is visible on the next page, it means he/she is writing in stress. It is considered unhealthy for this reason which can God Forbid turn into finger cramping. They should be able to right in the easy flow, it can be improved by regular intervening and asking them to write calmly.
5. Keep Watch On Posture
A right size table and chair as per their age are highly recommended- Avoid making them sit on sofas, floor, rocking chair, bed, or Bean bags. Poor postures deteriorate handwriting in kids.
6. Practicing Alphabets & Words
Kids should be assigned to practice uppercase, lowercase, Cursive patterns, and then words separately. They can do it on four-lined notebooks till they get to hold on to it and then can move to 2 lined ones.
7. Practice, Encouragement & Patience
Practice makes everything wonderful; encouragement gives motivation and patience gives fruitful results. So, this tip is for parents because at times they are in rush and pressurize kids by keeping unacceptable deadlines – Like handwriting in 1 week, etc. Please understand good things take a good time.
